I am a young journalist reporting from Hill Rise.

Here is a little bit about my story. During Covid19, everything stopped so I couldn’t carry on with my education. The government and schools would always say to us that education is a priority and yet when we needed it the most, it was taken away from us.  In my opinion, this was the first time where I felt unwanted in the nation as pubs and restaurants were seen as more important than my education. I had spent a full 24 hours sitting in front of my laptop. This was a crucial period of time for me as I always felt alone. But, over the course of the time, I will be speaking to other young and old people to find out the inequalities that they went through and how they are getting on and strive to live a healthier and more productive life.
